The Australian National Motor Vehicle Theft Reduction Council has tracked the incidence of stolen unrecovered theft of BMW, Subaru and HSV since they adopted whole of vehicle marking (WOVM) using DataDots. They reported reductions in the incidence of unrecovered theft of 84% - 86%.
